Sometimes CIL staff will be involved in organizing and leading small and large meetings. Regardless of the size of the group, you will want to foster healthy group dynamics. The first part of this section has some helpful information on some ways to do just that! The goal of the second section is to provide tips on holding a large town hall-style meeting. However, some tips for smaller meeting types and other information venues are given. Here, you will find resources on making meetings accessible and strategies on how to encourage healthy group dynamics.
